Start over the right way
A new coating over an old failing one only fails faster. We grind the old layer off down to bare concrete, which also gives the new floor something to grip.
Then we fill cracks and pits and grind them flush, so the finished floor is smooth.
What we fix
- Peeling DIY epoxy kits
- Painted garage floors
- Hairline and wider cracks
- Pits and spalled spots
- Oil-soaked concrete
About cracks that move
Parts of Buda sit on clay that swells and shrinks with the weather. Stable cracks stay hidden under a new floor; a crack that is still moving can show again, and we point those out before we start.
